Genesis
"GURUKUL, The House of Mentors", a senior secondary school of Arts, Science and Commerce is a unit of SPEAR (Registered Under Societies Act 1860). The Group
undertook its maiden venture to start a junior college in Dibrugarh from the Academic Session 2011. The resolution was aimed at offering top quality education to shape to-day's youths into building bright careers to prepare for a prosperous tomorrow. Society for Promotion of Education Registration Act XXI of 1860 bearing Reg. Number DIB/255/B/76 of 2010-11. SPEAR
is established and registered with the sole purpose of imparting quality education through its own institutions. "GURUKUL, The House of Mentors", will inspire the students to start working towards achieving their desired goals from the first day at Gurukul. In Assam Region herein after to be referred as SPEAR is a rgistered society registered under Societies.
Vision
To-day's educational environment is a paradigm shift from what it was just a few years ago.
In this ever-changing world "GURUKUL, The House of Mentors", will help to nurture aspiration and igniting minds to develop latent talents of the students.
"GURUKUL, The House of Mentors", aims to provide holistic learning experience and opportunities to the students to develop independent and creative thinking, to promote self discipline and also to awaken the sense of patriotism and love for humanity.
Mission
The SPEAR believes that our students deserve the very best facilities to study and develop themselves. Gurukul students will have the opportunity to learn in multimedia class rooms. We aim to ensurethst the learning experience will be as productive and enjoyable as possible.
Campus
The college is located at a very convenient place inside the city of dibrugarh. The spacious college building is in a very tranquil atmosphere at Boiragimoth, Dibrugarh. Over the years Boiragimoth area in Dibrugarh has developed into an education hub of the city. The campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled and with Air Conditioned classrooms to make learning experience pleasurable.
